Arizona requires 90 hours of education and that you pass a state test before you receive a license. You can contact Arizona School of Real Estate for more information about getting your 90 hours. They have several programs available to help you get your hours in the quickest time possible.
You will also need fingerprints and a DPS clearance card.
Once your education is complete, you will need to take a 6 hour contract writing class “boot camp”.
Once you get your: education, DPS clearance, test certificates and boot camp certificate, you can apply for a license at the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
